URBAN BUFFERS DON'T MAKE SPRAWL FODDER!
Bananza new minivans that make us want to smile
The other day we hopped in 'em and bought some brand new clothes
Oh, cool day, thin sip, bourgeois epitomes and stereotypes
High fives, loads of laughs, and brand labels…
Maybe we're just wrong man, perhaps we didn't know
Planned communities ain't hip, Suburbia's just bored
But it's so hard to realize in the midst of landscaped lawns
That all culture but shopping malls has left us long gone…
Daily commutes to city work bears evening returns to concrete jungles
The America Dream don't cost a lot when it comes in prefabricated bundles
Bananza new minivans that make us want to smile
The alienation trip has made our kids into assholes
Wide-lane roads, mowed grass, dead end cal de sacs
We're all so reassured to have our lives back…
