Literature is now at a point of fission, where proper, academic writing frequently is separated from creative poetic work. Prose is plagued with rigid formats and trite customs; poetry remains unfulfilled because of overly vague purposes and poorly utilized language.

How emaciated appears the literary dimension,

If remaining imprisoned in current convention,

It fails to ascend

To a greater end.

A certain beauty of writing may awaken

Once qualities from both realms are taken.

An evolution of style will occur when the clear-cut intentions of prose are expressed in the beautiful language and freedom of poetry.

Writing can achieve its greatest impact in an inclusive versatility...thrilling, captivating, thrilling...new...where a fusion of (poetry and prose) can fulfill literature’s capability.
