I lost my mind today.
It was fed up and packed away.
Took all the shingles,
The nick-nacks,
The little cozy things that made the place home.
It left the couch,
And the chair,
The big fluffy pillows and stale green refrigerator.
But it took all the paintings,
All the books and
The photos.
I lost my mind today,
And it told me not to give
You
The number where it could be reached.
