How can you let go of that someone?
When you still love him so dearly?
How can you fathom him gone
When he is always the one you see...

You looked back and found him there
you bowed down, you don't wanna stare
you then cried saying it's unfair
then you run away, you just can't bear

He followed you, grabbed your arm
He hugged you tight and never let go
You felt safe, out of any harm
but then you struggled, like a foe

He looked you in the eyes and smiled
as if nothing between you happened
You felt his touch, gentle and mild
he then pulls out a hanky to lend

he then said "I don't want this over"
you then wish it would last forever
you wished that he would leave you never
and live the rest of your lives together
