a/n: These are the product of sitting in Dennys at 2 am with an old friend who decided to give me a call last night...let me know your favorite. It is based on observations...

Denny's Haikus

Shiny metal light

Crispy Chicken tenders, yum

Barbeque my lips.

Clad in greasy white

Long hair and mashed potatoes

Toothless gourmet wit.

Grasshopper milkshake

Captures my inner childhood

Wings stuck in my teeth.

Silver chrome wall clock

Midnight madness never stops

Insomnia haunts.

Teeny bopper night

Arise Britney Spears fan club

Bring me a gag bag.

Cowboys welcome here

Leather boots clack in my eyes

You can lasso me.

Twisted old man hands

Dark secrets underneath nails

Please don’t remind me.

Hangovers reveal

Margaritas don’t mix with

Bacon cheeseburgers.

Not enough napkins

Cheapskates save by buying bulk

May I use your sleeve?

Twelve year old drama

Breaking up is hard to do?

Killing clichés worse.

Deep conversation

Your head has too many holes

Like my burnt bagel.

Remember us here

Sharking mozzarella sticks

Dreaming up the sky.
