Lies! Whether unspoken or uttered!

Yet, brooding still, I held my breath

Oh, gripped by truth my heart does shutter

Reeling still from my dream's death

How can one tell when one sleeps? Can it be true?

I long for the presence of my bereft peace

And woe be the time spent without you.

Longing, I, for reconnection and release.

Our past unfurl together solid like a stone

Of love so pure, so deep- it transcends time!

But now I am very alone

Longing to float on sublime

Ever longing to draw in the same breath

To forget our distance in dream.
