Against the Rain

A cold air draws from outside,

I see the skies draw a blank

"It will not rain, don't you worry

We only mean to sprinkle if any

So push a smile and don't you frown

No harder rain today is found."

Not so much, not too little

Only then I realize all the lies

The clouds, the sun, and even shine

My love too was nowhere in sight

We plan to meet over there- right?

Like the exam I struggled with,

The lies of nature spin again

When my love could have then,
