Sun’s comin up over the hill

Here we stand amongst the trees

Right next to your back porch

With the music blaring loud as can be

And we’ve danced around your backyard

All night long it’s been going on

(What’s been going on?)

We’ve danced together side-by-side

The dance until dawn

Morning’s come way too soon

And we still aren’t tired yet

Let’s keep on swaying back and forth

Hey boy, we’ll your lawn a wreck

And we’ve danced around your backyard

All night long it’s been going on

(What’s been going on?)

We’ve danced together side-by-side

The dance until dawn

When’d they said they’d be back around?

Ten thirty or eleven?

I’ve gotta get this cleaned up by then

But I think I’m in heaven

So let’s keep this party going

Straight through the dawn

So let’s keep this party flowing

Come on, come on

We’ve already danced all night long

We’ve danced around your backyard

All night long it’s been going on

(What’s been going on?)

We’ve danced together side-by-side

The dance until dawn

We’ve gone too far

Now I’ll never forget

I’ll never forget this night with you

A/N: lol Yeah, I know, you’re wondering “what the heck’s up with the weirdness of underlines, etc?” right? Well, lemme explain. This is a three-part southern rock song that I wrote, and the bold part would be female voice 1 (me most likely), italics is female voice 2 (Allie probably), and underlined is a male voice (most likely Riley). And when they’re combined, well, I’d think it obvious, it’s two to three of the voices combined. Anyway, Allie helped me out with the last couple lines of this, cuz I got stuck and needed an ending. Please review! Als/Lor/Kat
