Memories

Inspired by the book LightLand written by H.L. McCutchen

The memories are here,

The memories are there,

But where are they really?

No where it seems.

Don't be afraid to look in the dark,

For something that is lost.

You might just find what is lost,

And even more.

No matter what is lost,

It is possible to find.

Maybe not in front of you,

But inside of you.

The memories people keep are precious.

The stories you tell are precious.

No one can take them away.

As long as you are strong enough to keep them all...everyone of them.

A/N: I know this poem is a lot shorter then what I usually do, but this was for a project and wasn't done for the fun of it. Although, I still like how it turned out and I hope you guys do too! Please read and review!!!
