The kiss, so soft against pale lips,
chapped from the cold. ('snap') The
coy smile spreads, and frayed nerves
are relaxed by the touch (loving coax).
Whispers arise, settled deep within the white
column of her throat; she breaths the words out:
"I love you" (snap)

Eyes wide, the gossiper's mouth curved in
delight (news at eleven).
