Wearing White-

-Lyrics-

By Asha M. Night

March 30, 2005

You used to look at me

with those tiresome eyes

with lust that kindled my own

what happened to that look?

I miss that look and those caresses that came with it

I can see you standing there

Is that a golden haze around you?

Is that white you're wearing?

What happened to you?

You promised you'd never wear white

You promised!

Pulling out my hair

I sit at your grave

What in the Hell has happened to you?

You've changed and now I'm completely gone

You assured me you wouldn't wear white

I could have sworn on my own grave you wouldn't

Remember all those fun times we had

Slitting each others wrists

those romps in the cemetery

did they mean nothing to you?

Pulling out my hair

I sit at your grave

What in the Hell has happened to you?

You've changed and now I"m completely gone

You assured me you wouldn't wear white

I could have sworn on my own grave you wouldn't

I could have sworn you wouldn't

I could have...

Why? I could have sworn you'd go to Hell

You won't be waiting there for me, will you?

With my last words I'll curse you

Go To Hell, I'll scream from my grave and take my final breath

You were a damned angel all along.

You fucking lied to me

that life we lead was meaningless and I know

that all along it was all a lie.
