This car crash is beautiful, tainted and feudal. The forces of nature against machinery. Her screams muffled by the airbag: useless. The sound of the metal spine splintering would outweigh her screams anyway. Confetti falls in celebration, a glass shattering fascination of destruction and revulsion accented only by strangled screams. A reality you can’t touch on a computer screen.

All those nights alone--quite perplexed. The darkness illuminated only by dimly lit text of blind love. The pixels joined to form your face, the lines of which, I trace over and over in my mind. Oh, how I wish you were mine.

Through the words, your arms reached to me. Now with this row of spikes, I take your hand in mine. All is quiet, save the last wisps of air escaping their rubber domicile. Unconsciousness your companion all the while. Your pulse bears witness that a fiery passion still flows through your frame, as it lay broken and weak on the concrete of this deserted mountain pass.

No one will ever know.
