Death's Embrace

I hear her call

Temptation draws me

To join, accept her treat

Everyone warns me, it hurts to die

It hurts so much more to say alive

Tonight death will take me into her embrace

Losing my mind, can't feel my face

She will numb my painful fate

There's no turning back, it's far too late

They defen me, my screams

Long to sleep, trapped in my dreams

Every little moment gives my heart a suffocating squeeze

The pain, death will ease

I'll give her my life to keep

She takes me into her embrace

Her loving arms of ice

No longer in the place I despise

I never gave myself to death willingly

While struggling to live all these years

She took me and wiped my tears
