My Fear

I fear death, but more than that

I fear life.

I'm scared that I will fail,

So much that I quail,

The very thought makes me wail.

I fear death, but more than that,

I fear life.

What if I make a mistake?

How long can it take?

Now my legs begin to quake.

I fear death, but more than that,

I fear life.

All I know is; I must endure.

Even though I'm not very sure,

That my life will ever have a cure.

I fear death, but more than that,

I fear life.
