Stars break free

From chained abyss,

Dancing ‘round,

True show of bliss.

Reeling and gliding,

Bobbing and diving,

Lighting a path and

Secretly striving

For something more

Beyond mere deep,

They know it’s there,

A hope they keep.

Within their

Lighthearted dance,

Which gives

Happiness a chance,

There’s a song

Only I hear,

Ringing out

Ever so clear,

Giving my heart

A reason to fly

Along with them,

Escaping the sky.
