The sun rises,
The lovers awake
She, the shade of red
He, the shade of orange

She takes his hand
Acquiescently, he follows quietly
Their kite ever-flying,
Sandcastles in the air

They sat on the swing,
Blithely stealing little glances
Smiling, laughing, giggling eye-wided,
Their little feet dangles convivially

Their eyes met,
Their heart beats
She, sang a song
He, played the instrument

Her mind, his soul
So near, yet so far
The doleful wind comes,
The moon, in his horse

Their laughter, slowly declines
To an unspeakably quiet diminuendo.
Jealousy, guilt, mistrust, hatred
Starts eating in, wrathfully

Buying the stairway,
He ascends it, she turns her back
The stars came upclose
And, they started dancing

She, on the other side
At the bottom of the creek
He, standing alone on the moon
By winter, cold and bleak

They wished it was simple
Where they can give up easily
She, still on the other side
She, cannot see him anymore
