His arms are like an embrace of fire
A destruction created by confusion

There are tears forming where blood falls
A desperate river without source

Twice before his arms have given
A demonstration of hatred and love

There is a twisted formation of grief
A descending arrow of jealousy

Where failure seems anticipated
A demanding concentration against hope

For his heart beats like a drum
A demeaning sound of war against life

Too late for love to be defined
A destination given against desire

Towards an end that is uncontrolled
A desecration against morality

For what morals does a demon posses
A demolition angel of impure faith

When a power of God has fallen
A dangerous trust of darkness is born

Given humanity by a creature of intrigue
A distraught idea of imagination

Continues to fail without regard whilst
A darkness unconfined filters though light

When the moon shadows the sun
A deed of cruelty proves life’s willingness
To contribute to the darker side of purity
