A/N: This is kind of a sequel to ‘Yearbook of ’74’, but not really. You don’t have to read the other one to read this. The kids from ‘Yearbook’ are the parents in this story. Only the prologue and epilogue will be in present tense. Please review, I won’t write any more until I get some reviews.

Prologue

I am sitting on the bed, his head in my lap. His face is covered in tearstains, and I touch his gaunt cheeks, shuddering. He didn’t always look like this. Falconor, my dear brother. How I love him so. He shouldn’t have to go through so much each day. No one knew the schoolyard bully’s teasing would carry him this far. No one even thought that it bothered him. Why did he never say how much pain he was feeling? Why did he turn to the drugs and alcohol? Why did he feel he had to start cutting himself to release the pain? You’ve always been skinny, Falconor, didn’t you know that? Why then, did you suddenly think that you’re not? You’ve starved yourself, killed your body. I don’t think that you’ll survive this, though I hope with all my heart that you do. I love you, Falconor. Don’t you know? Don’t you understand?

I love you.

And I still remember that night.

The night that it all began.

A/N: I know it’s overly short, but it is the prologue, after all. I’ll say it again: If you want to hear more, dear readers, REVIEW!!
