Some people are afraid

Afraid of life

Afraid of commitment

Afraid of themselves.

Some are even terrified

Of looking into a mirror

For fear that the people they see

Will not be them.

Some people are born evil

Some are twisted during their lifetime

And others are tortured to the death

By this so called 'evil'.

Fear

That's what drives people away

That's what makes them insane

That's what turns their world upside down.

You see, without fear

All would be right

No one would abuse it

And the world would be perfect.

But the world isn't perfect

We all live broken lives

Our good sides weakened

And our bad sides are helped by this.

Could you imagine

A world without pain

A world without death

A world without suffering?

I couldn't

Because we live in a terrible world

Filled with hate

Filled with suffering.

To others we live in a dark world

We live in hopeless world

We live in a dying world

And we are doomed.

I don't entirely agree

I believe there is hope

For the future

For us.
