Yay, a poem written by me. Read and review.

Internal Dilemma

Crying to help heal the pain
Sorrow my soul cannot contain
Dilemma splits my head in two
What’s a girl supposed to do?

Knowing that my love for you
Is forbidden and can never be true
Why does this curse come back to me?
I’d always thought we were meant to be

But I’ve loved you more than anyone can
More than I’ve loved any other man
So it would be a sin to let you go
It would be a sin, that I should know

You’re the best friend I have ever had
Letting go of you would make me sad
Our friendship is intertwined with how I feel
From leaving, I don’t think I can heal

It keeps hurting if with you I stay
But it’ll hurt us both if I walk away
Even if you never change your mind
Another man like you I’ll never find

Trying to help hide the pain
Dilemma my soul cannot contain
Now my head has split in two
What am I supposed to do?

The rhythm is off a little, but it works. But seriously, what should she do (but don't be mean about it...)? Review, please!
