God’s Creations

God didn’t have to

Put the mountains there

All of the splendor

He chose to share

Lakes didn’t have to glitter

The ocean didn’t have to tide

The sky could have been bland

The wind didn’t have to glide

God created these things

A touch of Him on earth

He didn’t have to make them

But did, for our mirth

Don’t you see how He loves us?

Don’t you see what He made?

He created these things for us

We know that they won’t fade

A lot like His beauty

Like his forgiveness

Of our sins

Like His love for us

That never, ever ends
