My path

I can't seem to stop falling

And stumbling

And tripping

I can't seem to keep my balance

I know I'm waking forward

But I feel like I'm going back

So I start crawling

Pieces of myself left on the path

Knuckles raw

Knees scabbed

Tears falling

Mouth dry

Body breaking

Mind raping

Soul taking

But still breathing

Still living

Still crawling
