Behind The Mask

Behind the mask,

Is a girl,

Crying and hurting,

Shutting herself away.

Tears blinding her eyes,

She wants nothing more than,

To stop feeling,

And to stop crying.

She wishes for,

A heart made of stone,

To erase her past,

To forget her sorrow.

Always so perfect on the outside,

No one will knows,

The pain she hides,

Behind the mask.
