Magically Appeared

Another day I walk alone
Despite my friends, it is sad song
how I, again, speak my love
I cannot take it (anymore) enough!

For weeks and weeks his presence fades
Sure I've called, e-mailed, exchanged
The pleasantry of our every day
Or the hellish deal of parental prey

Why oh why must this be!
Teachers, parents, none can't see!
How I dearly WISH he appear
In front my eyes, beneath the tear

"I will ask he to come next week
walk me home, save me a treat,"
My friend laughs and agrees, until—
"Why is he staring? Who is he?"

My eyes look up, gazing straight
How come this stranger blocks our way?
Until I met those very, VERY eyes
He magically appeared, all did subside
