Three Wishes

If I had three wishes I’d only use two.

I wouldn’t want a white house with shutters of blue.

I wouldn’t want a puppy that would run and play.

I wouldn’t even wish for the perfect day.

I wouldn’t wish for the world’s riches to belong to me.

I wouldn’t even ask to make me as perfect as can be.

I wish for these two things every time I pray.

The first wish would be for you to love me in every way.

The second wish is about you too.

I’d wish that you would love me as much as I love you.
