Drowning

Drowning in the sadness lost in all the tears,

Calling out in pleading screams that no one ever hears.

Drowning in the darkness lost without my sight,

Reaching out for something to lead me to the light.

Drowning in the madness lost in all the hate,

Wishing someone had helped me sooner for now it is too late.

Drowning in my death lost and all alone,

Knowing no one will come to help me find my way back home.
