Pretty Little Electric Shock

Starlight neon in full damn bloom

Because we’re to gentle for flowers

Look at Hell then look upward

Then downward, and to the right

Look at what you’re missing

If you party hard, we party solid

Pink and white and black and red

But never ever something pretty

We don’t deserve something pretty

Would you give me something pretty?

We could move slow and fast for you

We could tie you to our eyes

We could place you in a coffin

You won’t remember tomorrow

It’s only dancing

With no rules but a single limit

Don’t let my act fool you

I’m someone else tonight

My name is not my name

My body is not my body

I float away, one night’s dream

You remember me longer than I do

I touch your mind, fragments of me

To match the others you’ve seen

One breath for every hundred

One sweet dollar fantasy

I do anything in your mind

But look at Life, then turn backward

Then look up and to the left

Look at what we’re missing
