Purgatory Hall

Upon a cloud,

Way up there yonder,

Stands a hall,

A hall of wond'ring souls,

Souls yearning of peace,

The peace of God.

x

In this hall,

No one encounters anyone,

Always wondering aimlessly,

Trying to understand,

Trying to qualify,

To qualify the impossible possible.

x

The souls wondering the halls,

Wondering what they've done:

To deserve this good or bad,

Have they done good or bad,

In their testing life time,

When will they know?

x

They try to understand,

The knowledge and being,

Of themselves and of God,

The impossible for a mortal,

Much like each of them,

Without the help of a better,

There is only one better,

God.

x

The stark white halls,

The clean halls,

The Godly,

Yet, the sinful halls,

The much traveled,

Yet, unworn halls,

The halls of Purgatory.

I hope you liked it!!! Please review.
