What lovely lonely silver streetlights
With their hearts all in a glowing go-go
Letting the happy play into these cold, cold nights
Just waiting for anything wonderful to show
And we are so jubulent.
We are all so joyous.
Sleeping in the nothing
Of all that can't destroy us
Collective muddy banks from old dirt
From where once we were all animals in mid-slaughter
Where once we never felt that empty hurt
And now only cry when choking on the fodder
And we are so jubulent
We are all so joyous
Living in the nothing
So only we can destroy us
