My smile lies
Black.
Razors.
Pink.
Empty arms.
Sleeping pills.
Cut this.
Dead inside
Alive again
Ripped away.
Light and dark,
Black and white.
Sun.
Moon.
Cut.
Vicious circle,
Demons within.
Sick in mind and sick in skin.
Pen and paper.
Love and lust.
This and that,
Lies and trust.
Smoke.
Die.
Hurt.
Forget.
Drug,
Black.
Unenlightened,
And undisturbed.
A tunnel deep into my mind.
What hides beneath the tears at night,
What secrets do I hide from sight.
Smile,
It's forgotten.
Nobody knows.
Laugh.
It can wait.
When you find your place,
It will die with you.
Inside my mind,
What do I hide.
Ask the pain,
Follow the river of blood,
Where does it lead.
Black,
Blue,
Grey,
Pink.
Open.
Closed.
Lost or found.
Which colour shall I pick today,
Pause, rewind or stop.
Walk away.
Just walk away.
Smile and they'll never know.
