Chapter 1
AN- I highly recommend that you read my first story, Cyberman The Beginnings, so you understand what is happening here.
“Gentlemen, we have a problem on our hands.” The chief of the anti-virus patrol told his men during lunch break. “This Cyberman is one of, nay, the most powerful viruses we have ever dealt with.” “What is so bad about him fighting viruses too? We sure could use him to help.” One anti-virus program said. The others murmured in agreement. “Darn it, Kavner! Don’t you get it?! If he helps us, then eventually the mayor will start to give him more power, and then, with all this government authority, he will turn evil on all of us! He’s a virus!! Yin or Yang!” The chief responded. “That’s why I am changing the Most Wanted billboard.” He walked over to a wall with several flat plasma screens lined up from top to bottom, each one saying wanted on it. He pressed a button on his arm, and the top screen changed to a picture of Cyberman. “He is now our most wanted. All units are to focus on him 24/7. I will not rest until he is in captivity.”
Meanwhile, Jimmy was in school eating lunch with his friends. Jimmy attempted to grab his drink can, but his hand went right through it. He looked at his hand to see it red, like when he can pass through metal. “Great. I get the power in this dimension that is the most inconvenient.” Jimmy commented. “Don’t worry, Jimmy,” Jason told him, “Every time you enter the Internet, little by little your powers will be absorbed into your body. This means you start gaining your powers in the human world. But it will take a long time, maybe even years.” “How do you know so much about cyber-warriors if you not a cyber-warrior?” Jack asked. “I’m still a genius, aren’t I?” Jason replied. Soon enough, Ashley came up to Jimmy. “Hey there Jimmy.” She said in an innocent voice. “No, for the billionth time.” Jimmy responded. “Well, that’s a shame, because I know how much you love the Steve Milller Band, and I happen to have just enough tickets for you to come with me.” Ashley said, flaunting the tickets in front of his face. “Ah, the temptation of great classic rock.” Jack commented. “That’s very tempting, but I am gonna have to say, no.” Jimmy told her. “Alright, but I always have that spare ticket just for you…” She said, walking off. “For just a small fee, I can take all those tickets and place it in our hands.” Jack whispered to Jimmy. “Forget it, Jack. I’m not gonna go to a concert with her in a million years, not even if you steal the tickets. I-” He was interrupted when his eyes turned red.
“Activate Virus Vision.”
“I don’t know about this plan, Boss.” One anti-virus said to the chief. “This will work perfectly.” The anti-virus chief said, wearing a suit of yellow armor. “Using this suit, I can change my programming frequency to that of a virus. This should be the bait to bring him out. And once he’s yanked out of the pond, he won’t get out. I’ll activate the firewall once he’s inside the town, trapping him in, and then I’ll hunt him down personally with this anti-virus armor!”
Soon enough, Cyberman, Rocky, Boltoon, and Zero were in CybIrvine, coming out of the cyber-school. Jason was sitting in the library, monitering them from his laptop. Cyberman saw the chief in the yellow armor from the back, mistaking him for a virus, and shot an energy blast. After recovering, the chief turned around to see him. “This won’t help my publicity.” Cyberman said. “Activate the firewall!” He yelled. 2 other anti-virus policemen pressed a button on a sky-scraper machine, with shot a strange red light into the air, and then created red walls around the city boundaries.
“What the hey?” Rocky asked.”
“You can’t escape me now, Cyberman!” The chief boomed. “You’re under arrest, followed by your friends!” He flew into the air on a strange hovering disk, and shot a blast from his cannon at Cyberman, causing him to fly through a McDonald’s sign, and causing it to fall on him. He climbed out of the wreckage, putting his helmet on that was hanging from his neck. “That hurt! That hurt?” He said.
“This ends here, you vile virus!”
