Sing Me Something Soft

How can she be both vulnerable and all knowing?

It doesn’t seem possible,

But the words and the melody

Are haunting me, taunting, leaving us wanting

God it just hurts too much

That bittersweet taste

We spend whole lives living and dying

Searching for

Wishing and hoping for

There.

I’ve said it.

Hoping for.

It kills, but you

can’t tell me you

don’t want it.

A/N: Again, formatting. I was on a role this past week with it, and FP doesn't seem to like it when I exercise my creative liscense one bit. :(
