This was written for my 8th grade English class. Excuse my poor ode-writing skills.

In a sorts

of forms

it's a

shape shifter

it sings a

song of

love or despair

of happiness

or apathy;

it tells a

ballad, of

a beautiful lady

a mighty

king and a

rose;

It freezes time

and gets

you in the

moment;

the knight and

the dragon

the fight between

life and

death

Its words and

genre is

a rollercoaster

it has

a slow beginning

and high climax

Its words tell

feelings and

end with

and ending

but like all

good books

this one must

come to

and

end
