yep! it's another story! i got this idea when my family and i were driving to chicago. we were trying to find a gas station and we happened to pull into this little hole of a town: johnson city. if anyone who is from johnson city happens to read this (it's extremely unlikely, but i might as well say it), i sincerely apologize. i'm sure it's a very nice little town, but from what i could see of it, it looked unbearable dull. i'm just going off of the little bit of it i saw. so other than that, enjoy!
Johnson City was little more than a hiccup on the map of Illinois (if it was even on it at all, and it usually wasn’t). It was incredibly tiny, even by Hiccup Town standards; you could walk its entire length in less than fifteen minutes.

As you probably already guessed, there wasn’t a lot to do in Johnson City. The town consisted of a hair salon, a barber shop, a little real estate building, three gas stations, and a handful of houses with garden gnomes in the front lawn. The worst part was, everyone knew each other. If, like I was saying, you were to walk the length of the town, those fifteen minutes would probably stretch out to at least an hour. When you live in Johnson City, you're obligated to talk to your neighbors. If you don't, you're most likely going to end upthe subjectof vicious gossip. Not that it mattered; there were so few people in the place that it was old news in about two days.

Now, Charlie Fulherty wasn’t as especially ambitious or adventurous young man, but if you live in a Hiccup Town, you know there’s nothing you won’t do to get out. Sometimes you just need a little persuading. For Charlie, his persuasion came in the form of the Kabbsons...
