She watched a movie
on fluttering eyelid screens,
as stone-cold slow
flows the riverbed.

"Their lives revolve
around
the
walls,"
it whispers.

And in her head,
a voice said:

"Cut me...
(do it now)
Light the flame.
(let me loose..),"
but she turned to the walls
instead.

I watched a movie
on fluttering eyelid screens,
as stone-cold slow
flows the riverbed
of images.

of thoughts.

A fire burns within our hearts.
