The
darkness calls,
The daylight ends.
As twilight falls,
The
day's pain mends.
No longer the light
That prolongs the
pain.
Replaced by night,
Enveloped by rain.
The quiet
breeze
In the darkest hour
A gentle tease
Of potential
power.
The rain falls down,
Falls in the dark,
Erasing
the frown,
The painful mark.
Night
slowly leaves
With the sun's first ray
The calm of the eve
Replaced by the day.
The dawn breaks the silence
The
night ripped apart,
Releasing the violence
Once the the
twilight parts.
But fear not the sun
Or the daylight when
Though the day has begun,
The night will come again.
