Childhood Nightmares

I’m hanging out with corpses

Who needs saving?

My soul is perfectly fine

Maybe a bit twisted

Maybe I’m crazy

Don’t try to throw holy water balloons at me

These corpses are my friends

Oh shit

They’re gone

I guess I’m alone again

Do you want to be the living dead?

I could help with that

I will get your blood

You’ll keep this secret safe

I’m one of the living dead from your nightmares

I’m not that bad

I know all the nighttime frights

I know many drinking games

Would you join me?

I promise it won’t hurt

Don’t raise that stake at me!

Oh you just fucked up

I’ll be your worst enemy

You’ll be joining my ranks in hell soon

You shouldn’t have messed with the best

I’ll beat your boogeyman any other day

You’re little ghosts are harmless

Those werewolf bastards are tough but I can slice ‘um in half

Now you’re going to live in pain

I’ll be your doom

This is the never-ending tale

Of little children’s horrors

Oh I’m pretty wicked

I know

But someone has to balance the good of life

The yin without the yang is useless

I won’t forget you

I’ll come back

We’ll visit you in the dead of night

When you’re thirty

You’ll remember me again

In one of your childhood nightmares

A/N: I wanted to do something like dark humor…this came out of it. I don’t know what the hell is wrong with me…today or any other day.
