I'm screaming to the stars tonight
Screaming at all the Yous that I can name
And maybe if I scream loud enough
It'll make it all ok
Cause I'm floating restlessly
Like a star without a name
Holding on to fragments of me
That have yet to be thrown away
This summers at a closing
The curtains being pulled across the stage
And the actors are all bowing
But I'm still waiting for the second encore
Wanting its conclusion to save
So now Your waving goodbye
Following the other actors exiting the stage
Your always saying goodbye
Like every You that I can name
Cause You never finish what You started
So I can’t help but do the same
