Lucifer's Hymn

Wash away my sins;

Absolve me, Sweet Jesus.

Cry to Heaven, cry to our sinful Satan.

Throw the Fallen out of Heaven-

Sing a hymn to all the children.

Tell our story; tell our plight.

Tell the tragedy of Life.

Cast out into a cold hard world;

Unforgiving to our tender feet.

Cry bloody tears to show the world.

Watch the women scream in longing,

Though the men may drive us out.

Save my immortal soul, Sweet Jesus-

Step into the dark to find me,

Though you must beware of falsehood-

Tricking lying stealing hiding:

Hating Light and hating Jesus.

Not bad yet different,

A young wolf among the lambs,

Long before his destiny is fulfilled

to lie with the lambs in brotherhood, long before

Lambs learned to fear.
