Coffee At Midnight
Strong hot freshly roasted coffee
Deep cooling dark lingering midnight
Alone in solitude, lost in my thots, drinking from a textured ceramic mug my coffee
Deep is the night so dark with only a few stars out dancing the night away at midnight
From hot to lukewarm becoming cool and finally downright cold becomes the coffee
Yesterday's past/ tomorrow's future meet as a new dawning comes forth out of midnight
