Night

The night,

Hosts the supernatural,

Things go BUMP in the night.

The magic of the moon,

Werewolves and vampires fight,

‘Till Dawn comes once again.

Sounds of Children playing,

In an empty parking lot.

Shadows of teeth,

Flicker in and out of sight,

On a wall where no light shines.

Where animals can talk,

And people can roar. (ROAR!)

When cemeteries are,

Plagued with the walking dead,

Appearing for the sight of the stars.

And all of this,

A fantasy.

Wrapped in a box with a bow,

And a note reading,

BEWARE!
