My friends

You may not know this

But you are the greatest bunch of friends a girl can have.

You're always there

Waiting to see if I've done something again

You guys make me smile when I'm down

And make a grin out of a frown.

You guys really don't like giving up on people

Especially the ones you are worried about.

Hugs are one of your greatest greetings and farewells

Showing that we are good and lose friends

And that you wouldn't let any one of us go.

Yes, I have to admit there are things that do get to me

But nobody's perfect so I don't care.

Knowing each other for many years

Makes us more like a really big family

There are new additions every year

And we accept them without a problem.

You always want to hang around

Or just lend a sympathetic listening ear.

We never have any real full fledged arguments

And if I have hurt you or made you jealous in any way

I'm sorry.

But don't feel bad, because thanks to you lot

I feel a lot better than what I once did.

Making me see how stupid I was.

I hope we stay friends forever

We've known each other long enough not to be (lol)

So never say you are bad friends

You're the best I've ever had

And I've had plenty of friends before in my time too.
