Fine! just hang up then. Meaningless spoken words. Anyone can quack like a duck, and move their lips to make sounds the ear understands.

The spoken word. What a joke. Stand up their and say a speech. Who cares? The words are hollow, without substance to make them real.

Write to me, I'll listen then. To speak the words is nothing. See me vacant look? Space for rent. No one is home. . .

But write to me! Ah to see letters on a page, how wonderful. It takes longer to write than to speak. To write means you took the time, and if not completely, it shows you cared a little. Written word even when awkwardly done shows you care. Don't speak to me in a monotone voice and expect me to understand what even your monkey can imitate in speech. Write to down, I can refer back to it again and again.

Actions speak louder than spoken words. Shout out in silent tongues as you type out a note, or lift a pen and speak! Speak with beautiful script and symbols I understand. Lovely lacy letters on a page. Your style no one can copy.

So write to me to show you care, and please hang up the phone. Don't dictate your thoughts in the spoken word. Write it all down.
