Nostalgia
-Part II-

You called to her; it's you I call;
You knew I missed you most of all;
I still look at that notebook, remembering—
I want to go back to memories!

I still care for you, though it pains me to say;
I still miss you every day;
Nostalgia takes still everything—
Keep in a tight grasp, my memories!

Do you recollect too and wish for the past?
Or was that December day truly the last?
Is it only I who wishes in vain—
To find a way to ease this pain?

I remember smiles and laughs and things we'd do;
But I remember suffering too!
Yet I still wish you'd return to me—
I still crave those memories!

I've lost myself to nostalgia—
But I can't go back to how it was;
And I cannot regain your love—
Or your trust!

I can't go back to memories,
Wishing you'd remember me!
