Bloody Tears Too many days have I refused to cry

My mind keeps echoing…why?

I try my best to be strong

Even after all this time I’m still so weak

I hang onto the tiny fragments of my life

Begging for any source of light

God, please give me your strength

We all struggle in this hellhole

My tears come as they gently trickle down my cheeks

Soft to the touch with a slight burning sensation

Maybe that’s because this is my blood

God hold me close and never let me go

I need you here

You are the only one who can stop my bloody tears
