You fancy yourself a warrior, fighting against all odds... i took your words, cherished them, but ended in deceit... now, i wonder what is to become of something that was never meant to be...

Tears of the Sun

-

Taking words left unspoken

Lingering in the hazy dark of night

Caste away, with each tear fallen

Into the forlorn downpour of goodbye

-

Fighting past the painful distances

To grasp the guidance of strength

Yet, leaving a love behind hopeless

Amidst the intricate rain of faith

-

"Wait for me, until that day

Somehow, I will find the way…"

-

Wandering,

A lone figure in the mists

Words forsaken,

Tears for lost promises

A/N: a request from a certain 'friend' from school, topic "warrior, tears, rain, love", he later betrayed me in a way i cannot explain here, but thats why the poem has more of a sad tone to it.
