That the joke you added onto

Really hit me

It struck me like a fucking lightning bolt

If I were to die. . .

That was the joke

But it twisted in my mind

Like a pretzel

And led me back to the ever-lasting backdrop of my thoughts

I may not be here to share pony-tail holders with you
I may not be here to be goofy and random

That all may change

If destiny fucks with my emotions even more

If this damn workforce stops sucking

And an opportunity pops up

And I have to leave

If that happens, I don't know what I would do

I may as well have died

Cause I still couldn't do all those things

My life will go on

But my life will have stopped

My heart will pump on

But my emotions will stop soon
