Softly danced the lily bells,

swaying with the breeze…

two and twenty poppy seeds,

now will never bend knees.

The young girl stood,

with eyes of blue

looking before the land,

vowing to be true…

Now our border is compromised,

my heart shall never cease to love

for all the men who gave their lives,

for they love the one above.

God has rest his faithful hand,

lent his faithful mind

vowing to love and protect,

all of his own mankind.

The German tyrant,

his wheels to turn,

go fast then slow in motion

his love becomes of an odd sort,

and his lies they stir commotion.

The faithful of God's guiding light,

the faithful of God creation

lend a hand to help the fight,

to support, to save your nation.
