I’m imagining new ways to die.

A quick, clean jump from somewhere high

One moment to fly gracefully

Before my last fall sets me free

I’m imagining new ways to die

A bottle of pills and a final sigh

The kind of sleep I never had

Before I’m through with being mad

I’m imagining new ways to die

Slit wrists that bleed so I don’t cry

A cut for every bruise you missed

Too tired now to still resist

I’m imagining new ways to die

Any way I can end this lie

Another day and another smile

Another straw on the growing pile.
