Fake

She smiles so happily,

Joy is her middle name,

Her tears are held inside,

And no one dares look at her eyes,

Sadness is captivated within,

No eye contact is made,

Laughs are passed along,

Her smile brings others,

It doesn't matter it's fake,

Just that every effort is used,

And no one cares whether it's true,

But she knows how to hide it,

She knows how to lie,

She's not that stupid,

She won't ever cry...
